Dear ACS Parents,
I hope that you and your families have had a happy and healthy break. We thank you for your continued commitment to our school community throughout the pandemic.
I am delighted to be able to welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year at ACS. This will be my first year at ACS. As I toured the school this past week, I was impressed with the detailed, careful preparations that the faculty and staff have made for welcoming students back to school physically in a safe manner. While the authorities in our district of La Paz have not yet given us permission to open physically, more areas are being opened every week and we are monitoring the situation closely.
This year, we will begin registration on Monday the 26th of July. Registration will close on the 5th of August. Building on last year’s success, we will use a completely virtual process. The virtual process has proved to be easier, faster, and more accurate. In addition, we are in the process of integrating our systems with an online payment system that will allow you to make payments in a faster, safer, and more convenient manner.
Next week you will receive detailed, step-by-step instructions for registering your child and paying tuition. If, however, you are not up-to-date on your payments for the 2020-2021 school year, please contact our accounts office at (ivonne.gutierrez@acslp.org) as soon as possible to make payment and ensure your account is in good standing when registration begins.
Again, thank you for your commitment to the ACS community and its mission to challenge and inspire students to be critical thinkers, lifelong learners, and responsible world citizens. I wish your children a happy last few weeks of vacation and look forward to meeting them on the first day of school, August 9th.

Estoy encantado de poder darles la bienvenida al año escolar 2021-2022 en ACS. Este será mi primer año en ACS. Mientras recorría el colegio la semana pasada, quedé impresionado con los preparativos que con todo cuidado y detalle han estado haciendo los profesores y el personal para dar la bienvenida a los estudiantes de regreso al colegio de una manera segura. Si bien las autoridades de nuestro distrito de La Paz aún no nos han dado permiso para abrir el colegio físicamente, cada semana se abren más áreas y estamos monitoreando la situación de cerca.
Este año, comenzaremos las inscripciones el día lunes 26 de julio. Las inscripciones se cerrarán el 5 de agosto. Aprovechando el éxito del año pasado, utilizaremos un proceso de inscripciones completamente virtual. El proceso virtual ha demostrado ser más fácil, rápido y preciso. Además, estamos en proceso de integrar nuestro sistema con un sistema de pago en línea que les permitirá realizar pagos de una manera más rápida, segura y eficiente.
La próxima semana recibirán instrucciones detalladas paso a paso para registrar a su hijo(a) y pagar la matrícula. Sin embargo, si no está al día con sus pagos para el año escolar 2020-2021, comuníquese con nuestra oficina de contabilidad con la Sra. Ivonne Gutierrez al email: ivonne.gutierrez@acslp.org tan pronto como sea posible para realizar el pago y asegurarse de que su cuenta esté al día cuando comience el registro.
