Dear ACS Community,
Welcome back from Carnival break. I hope all of you had a joyful Carnival. I was able to take my first trip down the mountains to Coroico, and it is indeed a magical place.
Several weeks ago, I promised that we would take a critical look at our COVID-19 policies and procedures as we return from Carnival. So, this week we are convening a group which will do that examination. We hope to have that analysis completed by next week and be able to communicate any changes to you.
Finally, I'm excited to announce some great news. At long last, the Santa Cruz Cooperative School will again be hosting the friendship games. They will take place, COVID-19 permitting, at the end of the year between the 19th and 21st of May. All the schools involved are delighted to bring this opportunity back to our students. With that in mind, we are designing a program that will try to permit the maximum number of students to be involved in the maximum number of activities. After all, it has been a very long time since our students have been able to compete.

Sean bienvenidos de vuelta de la vacaciones de Carnaval. Espero que todos hayan tenido un feliz Carnaval. Pude hacer mi primer viaje por las montañas a Coroico y de hecho es un lugar mágico.
Have varias semanas les prometí que revisaríamos de manera crítica nuestras políticas y procedimientos de COVID-19 cuando regresáramos del feriado de Carnaval. Entonces, esta semana estamos convocando a un grupo del personal que hará esta evaluación. Esperamos tener este análisis completo para la próxima semana y poder comunicarles cualquier cambio.
Por último, me complace anunciarles una gran noticia. Por fin, el colegio Santa Cruz Cooperative School volverá. a ser sede de los juegos de la amistad. Estos juegos tendrán lugar, si el COVID-19 lo permite, al final del año entre el 19 y el 21 de mayo. Todos los colegio involucrados están encantados de brindarles esta oportunidad a los alumnos.
